Life keeps throwing me curveballs...

I was doing so well with Insanity and am currently on Month 2 Week 2 (just starting) but for the last 2 nights I've been unable to workout:

paperwork for hubby's business
tax info for accountant
kids who are asthmatic/allergy sufferers and are having trouble sleeping

if it's not one thing it's another! hoping tomorrow night works out better - i can't get up earlier in the am to do it because it wakes the kids up - and anyone with young kids knows that you don't want them up at 5am!

just needed to vent i guess...

You just need a really good bat so that you can knock them out of the park! A couple nights off doesn't hurt anything...you'll get it figured out and get back into your workout routine. Just a part of life we all deal with...keep up the great work!

I understand how frustrating that can be. My job requires me to be available for 24 hours/day for at total of one week out of the month. I know that might not sound like all that much, but I find that so often I just get a nice routine set up and then do a couple of nights oncall that throw everything off track. Then I feel like I'm starting all over again. I try to keep the attitude that if a day or even three go by, I'm not completely screwed, but that I just have to do what I can, when I can. Good luck.
