Hey everyone! I am here mainly to make myself focus and eat healthier. I am not trying to lose weight, just maintain. I am very active, a Dance Minor at my college, so I am constantly burning calories. However, since I am always on the go, I never eat well. I am constantly snacking (I can afford that now, but not later down the road). I also need to make sure I am getting the nutrients my body needs to keep up with my fast paced life!

    MY NAME IS JUDY. I AM 60 YEARS OLD. I HAVE STRUGGLED WITH MY WEIGHT FOR MOST OF MY ADULT LIFE. IT IS MY GOAL TO CONTINUE TO LOSE AND BECOME A WHOLE LOT HEALTHIER THAN I AM RIGHT NOW. WANT TO LIVE A LONGER LIFE AND BE ABLE TO ENJOY MY KIDS, GRANDKIDS AND ALL MY OTHER PRECIOUS RELATIVES AND FRIENDS. LOOKING FORWARD TO BEING ON THIS SITE AND HOPEFULLY I CAN BE A ENCOURAGEMENT TO OTHERS AND A PLACE WHERE I CAN BE ACCOUNTABLE TO OTHERS.:happy:
