An alternative because you don't like it or because ot os fattening? I use Low-fat Hellmans and it tastes WAY better than light to me but I don't use a lot of condiments so it is just a schmear or in tuna

Hummus. Hummus with tuna fish is delicious, especially the roasted red pepper hummus.

Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil is half the fat of regular mayo. And I also remember from Cook Yourself Thin (Lifetime cooking show that got canceled) that they recommended spreading ripe avocado to replace mayo cuz it mimics the creaminess. I'm not an avocado fan, so I never tried it.

light cream cheese and I love a little bit of ranch dressing sometimes also. Some people say plain greek yogurt also, I've never tried that tho.

Today I had a turkey sandwich with a spread I made by mixing garlic/herb lauging cow cheese with avocado. It was delicious.

guacamole... it's healthy and it tastes good.

I use it everywhere in place of mayo.

make sure you use a real guacamole, not guacamole dip or spread which usually contains loads of crap.

I love mayo but I've found the Laughing Cow light cheese wedges make a great alternative.
