midnight craving!!!

so its 11pm and im still up writing a paper for class :/ im kinda hungry but idk what i should eat. i already had an apple and yogurt today so i dont wanna eat that. does anyone know a small healthy snack i can eat? i already ate cantaloupes and pineapples but would eating that now be bad, since the pineapples are high in sugar? i know its natural sugar but yeah lol. thank you!!!

    it would not be bad to eat the fruit right now, or you could always go with peanut butter

    Something with protein. Avoid carbs/sugars as they will make your body release insulin which prevents your body from burning fat. Also, since you aren't physically active while writing a paper the carbs/sugars will likely get stored in your fat cells, as will fat. Something like beef jerky or low sugar vegetables (celery, cucumbers, mushrooms, not carrots) would be your best bet.

    Carrots and light ranch or wheat bread w/1tbsp peanut butter..it will feel you up...
