Milk is the same as anything else- calories are calories. If you drink 1k worth of calories from milk on top of everything you eat that day, then it would prolly make you gain weight.0

Milk is full of fat that is why dairy products are all about moderation. Go easy on Milk, Cheese, Butter, Cream, Icecream, yogurt.0 -
Not if you account for the calories. It's a much better option to fill you up than some of the processed foods out there... in moderation of course.0

3 serving of lowfat/nonfat milk is recommended.....it does help with weightloss!

Actually, milk itself is not full of fat. Full cream milk is about 4% fat (In Australia at any rate). Other dairy products do of course have a higher fat content but it's all about moderation.0
