Well, I weighed in today, I gained 2 lbs again... I am about to give up, I don't know what to do anymore.... I am so frustrated...
I had 1 1/2 pieces of Pizza yesterday for lunch.... drank all my water.... last night, some peanuts, some fruit, soem smart pop popcorn (mini bag)
I appreciate everyone's support... am I the only one that can't lose, I hate to be complaining, but it sure is frustrating...

There are several things that could be causing your lack of progress:
    1) Even though you drank water, everything you ate was loaded with sodium. This = weight gain.
    2) You ate a lot of carbs. High percentage of carbs in the diet = water weight gain. (This is why low carb diets are so popular).
    3) You didn't eat enough. Your body needs to be well fueled to have the nutrients necessary to go to your fat cells and use that excess for energy. If you don't, your metabolism just slows down until you finally eat enough, then it hangs on to every excess calorie and stores in for the next time you eat too little as glycogen, which = water weight gain.

If you have recently upped your cals, it is normal to see a temporary gain. Might help to read these threads -

So it looks from your food journal that you don't eat dinner, just a late afternoon snack? You might want to change that, and eat something substantial at night (maybe?). Possibly cut down your mid-morning and late afternoon snack, and use some calories towards something at night.

For exercise, possibly try changing up what you do - so instead of just biking, try walking or some other form of cardio.

Hey guess what? Hubby went out of town for a week - didn't do the p90x thing - still ate close to my 1200 with a couple of days going a bit over.... did exercise - moving furniture etc... I lost a pound! Did not expect that - but you were right! We started back up on the p90x today... I think I won't be so uptight about it all now..
