Got Chalean Extreme

For free! I was helping my neighbor clean out her garage and she said I could have the set of DVDs (which weren't even opened!)
I've heard a lot of good things about the program- any of you have any advice before I start?

I would post "before" pics, but I don't want to break my camera :laugh: :laugh: so I will take my measurements before I start and post them as a reply to this thread.

    GREAT. My friend gave it to me because she didn't like it but I LOVE IT. I was using Turbo Fire before and it is great too. I did pictures for my reference not sure I will ever post them but I wanted to see the difference. I lost 4.25 inches all over on the first month. Good luck!!!!

    I'm interested to see if you like it. I'm doing the CE/Turbo Fire hybrid when I finish Insanity in a month. I'm looking forward to it!

    I am using Chalean Extreme:-) I am in the Push Circuit on week 3 so I am 7 weeks in!!! I really love it. My only suggestion that is if you have weights use them over the resistance bands. I borrowed weights from my father and I love doing the program with the weights. I found the bands confusing to use but I hear if you use them all the time you get used to them. I think this is a great workout program!!! Feel free to add me as a friend:-):happy:

    I love C.E. I'm doing my second round right now. I agree that I prefer using weights to resistance bands. It's easier to track your progress. I recommend keeping track of weight and reps used on each exercise. It really is helpful. Also, TAKE THOSE BEFORE PHOTOS! You'll regret it if you don't. :laugh:
