I hope I loaded these pictures correctly!!

I joined MFP in November 2010. I absolutely love this set and all the people I've met are so inspiring!! :smile: My starting weight was 188 pounds. A few years ago I was at my heaviest 220lbs.

I was able to lose 33lbs doing weight watchers. This is me at about 175lbs. I even ran my first mile all way without stopping once!!!

I am now down to 161lbs and have 27lbs more to go to reach my goal!!! Here are some current pictures:

I have been trying to average 1lb a week for weight loss and I try to eat back all or most of my workout calories. I never in a million years thought I'd be able to lose weight so for those of you who think you can't you can!!! :smile: :smile: :smile:
