late night

was under calories, could not sleep...got up and had a bagel w/cream cheese. i wasn't going to log it, last night. I got up today and added it for breakfast, that's fair right?

    Really should add it to yesterday but quite honestly your body doesnt care what day it was on. The logging is to keep you honest and provide for a good record of what your eating daily. If I was you I would log it and make a note in the note section regarding when that items was eaten. Why it was eaten at that time and how you felt about it?

    Its all good we all do it. dont worry about the late night thing Just dont do it every night!

    I'll just have coffee for breakfast today, I ate this technically today. I know Im kinda fooling myself, but at leastIm being honestand adding it
