I really think it is important to avoid fatty foods even if you're trying to loose weight or not. Increasing your daily activity is also a very helpful way to loose weight. Counting calorie is the fastest way to loose weight but maintaining the weight that you want is the hardest part... By looking to your weight every morning will help you to be aware on where you are when it comes to healthier you. I am not a very bad eater when it comes to choosing food to eat but I always try to watch how much calorie I take within the day...
