    I had to fly to Palm Springs for 4 days to check on my parents. I always retain a little water flying but feel good about losing one pound while away. Esercise routine was a g]bit disrupted. Home now and looking forward to sweating a whole lot. Looking forward to next week's check in!:smokin:

    Challenge Goal - 275
    Down 9 lbs for challenge, only 10 to go!! :happy:

    Sometimes the scale doesn't change, but if the inches are coming off that's GREAT!! :smile:

    I also checked measurements today and I'm down 4.75 inches!! :bigsmile:

    Was not feeling great on Sat. but did do a little walking just very low on calories. Feeling much better today and am ready to weigh myself on tuesday (my weigh in day). Hope to lose a lb. We are having mexican for dinner tonight with friends so I am going light all day so I can enjoy myself. I will ck in in the morning.

    I have had a bad week of not keeping track of my calories on here very well, but I've really been focusing on eating dinner at home (a frequent challenge) and packing my lunch everyday. I'm working on writing my Master's thesis and a huge portion of it is due next weekend. Daily freak-outs and feelings of having no time are not helping me at all. In light of all that, I have fortunately not gained but sadly not lost.

    Challenge start weight: 188
    Current weight: 182
    Goal: 175

    NEED TO BREAK THE 180 MARK!! HAVING DIFFICULTY!! :sad:

    Yes. There was a Christmas Challenge and now Valentine's Day. We made goals for ourselves around the beginning of the New Year (someone correct me if I am wrong on this...) After that I don't know. Maybe St. Patricks Day Challenge (to be immediately destroyed by all that green beer!)

    So here is my weigh in -

    Start - 182.5
    Current - 167.6 (only 1.4 lbs lost this week because of back problems)
    VDay goal - 160
    Overall goal - 138

    have lost 2 lbs and gained 2 lbs for the past ...but have finally really committed to the eating and am exercizing every day now. i have high hopes for next check in!:smile:

    I'm really happy with the 2 pounds I lost in the first week, but for some reason today I am soooo hungry:grumble: I seem to have a bottomless pit, can't get enough in my mouth. I just keep putting fruit and water, let's see if this passes....
