I"m so glad I found this site! I've been on a food and exercise plan for 5 weeks, been overweight my whole life,
and this is the first time I'm not "dieting" and working out with controlled eating. I have lost 10 lbs in 5 weeks, and
lost more in inches.. I love working out, and finally got over my shyness about going to the gym. I would love some
friends!
