Skim milk! Love it, and I deal with the sugar.
Currently have Vanilla Coconut milk in the fridge too, just not the same as cow milk, but pretty good.0 -

I use skim for my cereal and baking but I drink water and take a calcium pill. Sometimes as a treat, I drink chocolate milk, which is usually 1%, but not very often.0

i drink skim as well. i haven't every compared--but is the sugar content in skim higher than 1% or 2%?
i think that even w/the sugar in skim milk, the good outweighs the bad in drinking one or two glasses a day0 -
I do not drink a lot but I use skim milk in my tea and post workout I put some chocolate milk in my protein smoothie.0

Is this good?0 -
I just moved down from whole to 2% and am not used to it. But it certainly makes the "daily book-keeping" come together better! [allergy to almonds and soy, so it's not an option]0

I drink 2%, but I drink so little milk that I decided to go with a variety with a little fat in it. I really only use milk for my cereal and I don't drink the milk afterward, so it's like 1/2 cup of milk at most I'm consuming. If alot of it were called for in a recipe or something I might go out and get skim.0

Sugar naturally occurs in milk. I don't count it as a processed sugar nor limit my intake because of it. But, you can buy unsweetened soymilk if you don't want to drink milk.
But to answer your question: Horizon's Organic Lactose Free 2% Milk. Delicious. And not funky like the other lactose free milks (for those who are lactose intolerant).0 -
I never watched my sugars bc I didn't eat much processed sugar but I was doing an experiment with all the sugars and seeing how it affects me. I am so little that I am just trying to lose inches now.0
