This is common so don't worry. You may have built up some muscle in place of that fat, and mucles is more dense than fat. This means when you take the volumes and compare them, muscle will weigh more. If you are seeing a reduced waist line then you know things are working.

I am doing the same thing. You are changing the make up of your body to be more muscular. In the long run this will help you burn more calories! If you are like me, all of a sudden you will see weight drop. I look more at my measurements than the weight on the scale.

When I first started my weightloss, all I was losing was inches and no pounds. But after a month or so the pounds started to come off. I say stick with what you are doing and the lbs will come off too!!

why do we care about the number on the scale so much--if your pant size is going down--I'd be thrilled.

You are doing great. You will get to that goal!!
  • you WILL lose the weight by june. If you are gaining muscle, muscle burns more fat. you'll see your pounds melt right off
