My weight has yo yo ed for years. Food is my biggest enemy. I do good for a brief period then something happens and I binge eat and lose the progress I have made. I suffer from low self esteem and really cant grasp the concept to love myself. Here lately all I want to do is eat and sleep. Sadly, most of the time I sleep cause I know that I cannot sleep and eat at the same time. Add me if you wish... = S

I've been where you are.... It took me a long time to actually "like" myself let alone 'Love' myself. However, I finally do. This site is full of motivating and supportive people and I really hope that it helps you reach your goals. Something that has really helped me is keeping a "food" journal. I don't actually write down my food, since I log it here at MFP, but I do write down how I'm feeling. If I eat like crap and feel like crap I write it down so I'll remember better. Writing my feelings down instead of eating has made a HUGE difference in my life, maybe it could in yours as well. Another tip that might be helpful... if you feel like sleeping (or eating) drink a glass of water or exercise. It doesn't have to be a hard exercise you could do a 15 minute walk or a few pushups or situps anything really to get your mind in a better place and get those endorphines flowing
Good luck! Add me if you'd like

Don't worry we are all here to support you in your lifestyle journey. First you have to love yourself they way that you are, changing the physical does not necessarily change the inside. You have to know your worth know, and know that you are special no matter what people think or say. Stand tall and look yourself in the mirror and say it, right it on paper and stick them on the wall in your room if you have to, the power of confession is real! You can do this!!0

Maybe thinking about seeing a psychotherapist is something you may want to consider, those sound like symptoms of depression and you may need someone professional to talk to.
I was depressed not that long ago and I went to see a doctor started eating right and working out (WHICH REALLY HELPS A LOT) and now I feel much better. just my 2 cents. :-)
good luck0
