    Let me say, welcome. I hope you find the site useful, helpful and informative.
    I'm fairly new as well. I've been using the online site since this morning, but I started using it on my phone just last month. So far, I'm liking it. I needed something to help me get motivated, stay motivated and that would help me see where I was making mistakes with my eating. What I've found is that my meals are fine, but my snacking was my undoing. So, now I'm much better able to see what I'm doing and make a conscious decision if that particular food is really worth the calories.

    Awesome. So far this site has helped me track my food better. I too am a big snacker, but I'm trying to cut back some, or just pick healthier snacks. I find that apples or yogurt make great snacks. Best of luck to you!
