Hello Everybody

My name is Ivan yesterday I was 350 pounds but today and the rest of my life I will never be that again it was the old me and now the new me is here to take control of my weight & health for the rest of my life so please add me as a friend and help keep me motivated also I'm the founder of the heavily cited an internationally followed Facebook Page (BanOfHfcs) I was also profiled in the New York Times and FORTUNE magazine. ,
