    Hi,

    I eat a Vegan diet and for a protein serve I have a Soy Protein shake for brekky or after a work out. To this I add Psyllium Husk (Fiber) and liquid flaxseed oil (Omega 3 and 6)

    I use to eat a lot of beans, however they dont help weight loss for me as they have a high Carb content.
    I personally eat a low carb diet to lose weight.

    Tofu is AMAZING, high in protein, low in cals and carbs. I like the flavoured tofu you can buy.
    Soy Sausages are also a yummy 'lean' form of protein.
