Tiny little victory...

My BMI just fell back into the high end of the normal range today! :D

I'm 5'7", weighed in this morning at 157.4 pounds, and my BMI is now 24.6...which is .4 below the "overweight" category. (:

My goal: to stay in the normal range for BMI for the rest of my life.

I still have 14 pounds to lose, but I'm so happy about this. (:

I wanted to add that that is not at all a tiny victory. This is huge. When I got into the "normal" range for the first time, I cried. Congrats!

The reason I called it a tiny victory was because I wasn't that high above the normal range to begin with, haha. So there wasn't too much downward movement. (: But still a victory nonetheless, I think.
