Fitness Buff Need Friends...

I know! It's like a personal ad. LAME!

However, I'm new to the site and don't have a huge weight loss goal. I'm really happy with my fitness level and am pretty happy with my weight.

I started training for my second Olympic Distance Tri and gained about 8 pounds in 3 weeks. It's not muscle. After doing some reading, I realize that I've been either undereating, thus starving myself, or it's water retention from too-intense exercise. I'm thinking it's water retention because it's only in my abdomen and my muscles are pretty sore.

Anywhoo, I would love friends who are also endurance athletes and/or fitness buffs. I love hearing stories from athletes across the board (bodybuilders, weight lifters, runners, cyclists, wrestlers, dancers, etc.).
