How did all of you start on this website? What I'm asking is, did you wean your calories down and then got them down so you can stay down? I just started and I was up at 1800, today was at 1700...so is it okay to wean myself off slowly??

I think that would be fine. As long as you are cutting some calories from what you norm is, than you are going to see results. Just remember not to cut out too much, and to eat your exercise calories and you should be fine.0

Depends on each person. I had already lost some weight before getting on, so it wasn't hard to get my calories down. But if it's hard for you, then wean yourself down, just make sure that you set yourself up for success. :flowerforyou:0
