New to site just wanted to say hello, Site is great I love having the numbers to look at as motivation! Also the community here looks to be helpful and supportive from what I have seen.

    HI! You HAVE to stick with this site like clockwork but when you do it is SUPER effective!! Only been on a month and already lost weight!!! If you have a smartphone get the app so you can log a soon as you eat ANYTHING!!!! Good luck!! :)

    Thanks, I have the app! I did this last year for a month or so but did Not do the online community.. I think this will be great!
