Rise and shine my MFP loves! Its Thursday morning, and it is going to be an amazing day for all of us. So get up out of that bed, and get to rocking my friends. And just know that I am your biggest fan and will be rooting for you beautiful, sexy, hot hunnies all day long. I am just so very very proud of you all. Look how far you have come baby! You are all just truly amazing and superstars to me. I love you all and can not wait to see you achieve even more!!!

    I'm off to the gym with my mom in a little while ( she asked me... big step for her!) ..so a decent workout on its way :)
