advice needed please

guys its been on my mind for the last few hours need your opinion - got on scales this morning and had put on 2 lb in 3 days - i didnt eat excessively was within my goals i dunno what could have done it any ideas ??? btw its not tom

You should only really weigh yourself once a week or so. Weighing daily or more often can produce these fluctuations. Also try and weigh yourself at the same time / point each week. That way you get fairer results.0

This happens to me ALL THE TIME. I've found it's usually what I'm drinking. Possibly too much soda instead of water. Or, for me, sometimes too much wine instead of water - LOL. AND, sometimes it's from not eating enough food - so no matter what I'm drinking my body is clinging to it. Try evaluating with these considerations and I bet you find the solution.0

It could just be water weight. Also, keep in mind, if you have not gone to the bathroom today your body could be holding up to 5lbs of waste that is just waiting to come out0
