    Yes, it is very noticeable. Are you taking measurements, because that tum is definitely much smaller! Very done!

    you can really tell i think you look great, try measuring your self and when you next weigh in measure as well, in the past ive lost nothing in 2 weeks but lost 3cm of my waist!!!

    I just do loads of walking and dancing with my 2 year od took me 3 months to loose 16lb
