new and hopeful!

I came across this application for my ipod a few days ago and have decided to give it a shot. I really love tracking everything and since I have done weight watchers before I have been used to tracking but I feel like this is so much more informative. I am hoping to find support from others on here to learn new workouts or plans that work. Its only been a few days but I have faith that I can do this. Heres to hoping!!
