70 pounds down, 60 to go!

I promised myself that I'd post at the halfway mark to remind myself of how far I've come in under a year (I started losing weight in July 2010). Since I've started losing weight and taking back some control in my life, I've lost 70 pounds, ran a 5K on Thanksgiving and an 8 mile race last weekend. I've lost a small person in both weight and measurements. I'm back in the regulars department instead of plus sizes and I actually LOVE working out. It helps me de-stress and be less anxious. When I miss a workout I get upset!

So, here they are....warts and all!

    You look absolutely lovely and I think the race is an amazing accomplishment. You are glowing in that last picture and have a stunning smile.

    I love your name, it was my favorite way to tease my best friend about his "come hither" notes to new love interests.
