We Can Do This!!!...together we can do anything...thats why I'm creating "Losing It"...its kinda like a support group and a challenge thingy...

...I know many of us love to know that someone is there for us even when we slip up...I also understand that a lot of us do so much better when we are in challenges...

...so here we go...anyone can join this...

...here is how it goes...

...every friday will be a post that lets you know all about the new week
...each week will start on monday and go though sunday
...there are no teams, we are one big team
...some challenges will be how much more someone does and other challenges will be just to see if we all can do it
...each week we will have a health challenge and a personal challenge...example: health would be drink nothing but water for a week (you can still have your coffee) and personal would be to stop biting your nails...etc...
...everyone can suggest a challenge (please do)
...there will be a weekly challenge, we will also have mini goals for us to achive
...you will be ask to weigh and measure yourself

...any questions you may have feel free to ask!!!...
