Hi guys
Just joined up here to try to keep track of things and meet similar minded friends!
I have health issues currently under investigation so cardio is a no-go at the moment, and trying to lose weight by diet alone is a nightmare......................:explode:

Once I can figure out how to add, it's done! I am sorry you are unable to do cardio at the moment but I can tell you, I don't do any cardio aside from yoga with my 2 year old and have been able to lose 14 pounds so far just by eating the right foods, logging in as I eat and chatting with some of the great people on here! I also got a pedometer and have been keeping track of my steps daily- making sure to try and increase them...can you do some light walking just to keep active? That may make you feel better :happy:
