My latest blood test - cholesterol and blood sugar - is improving and I'm no longer dangerously close to becoming diabetic!!
"Keep up the great work Tasha, your doing wonderful!" she said.
That was by far the best phone call I've received in a VERY long time!

WOW!! You gave me hope! I was diagnosed with high cholesterol and the doc told me to lose 10 by July! WTG!!! KEEP IT UP!!!!0
