My name is Shawna

Hopefully I can stick to this website to help me on my journey. I am a new mom finally getting on the band wagon to get myself back into shape. I have been on a strict work out regimen of 5-6 days a week of cardio, weight training since January. I just started a new diet of no white flour, or sugar and hopefully this can help me on my journey. I can't wait to talk and get to know everyone and learn some new things as time goes on.

    I just registered, 1606 calories a day, and day one starts now....wish me luck....60lb to lose.
