Help? Motivation?

Hi!

I wouldnt say Im new but did use MFP a few months back and due to work etc fell off the wagon as such! I orignally lost 10 lb in the month I was on here. Strict diet and exercise everyday. But Im sorry to say I lost the inclination!

Today I was with my 7yr old boy in the garden and struggled to keep up! and having looked at the photos my girlfriend took Im ashamed! 10yrs ago I was fit, played soccer twice a week and did martial arts ,now I sit behind a desk! and am I reckon 56lbs heavier!

So thats it Im here again and Im not going to fail, so please a little bit of encourgement and by all means add me as a friend if you to would like some company along this journey we are all under taking!

    Welcome back, you are in the right place for support and motivation,remember to stay focused and follow your calorie intake and Drink Drink Drink water, OH I forgot minimum of 20 min of cardio exercise daily "walking 30 min" you can do it you have the will power, you have made the first step just by acknoledgement alone.
