    It's the last part I would have ever thought, but my butt! As I guy I always wanted shoulders and abs. But after doing Insanity and ChaLEAN Extreme, now I know why they worked the legs so much. You get a really good bum out of it!

    You didn't say what your favorite part is.

    For me I would say my chest and back. My back is quite muscular and rather large compared to the rest of my frame (gives me a V-frame) and I've always had pecs since I started lifting at age 16 (I can make them dance to music)

    I like my boobs! I had a reduction all set up at 18, and backed out. I'm so glad I did! Now I love them!
