If you have a smartphone you can use Last.fm, Digitally Imported, Pandora, (and probably several other apps) to stream a variety of music while you work out. I really like last.fm. It turned me on to several bands I would have never otherwise heard of.
Even without a smartphone, you can stream from a computer if you have one near where you work out.0 -
Linkin Park0

I get all my stuff from emusic.com and today I downloaded 100 songs for 3 bucks. The album was called 100 Hits Cardio workout, and ranges from 80's music to today's hits. And all the songs list what your heart rate will be from 120-160 bpm...0

there is no song in the world that gets me going the way Katy Perrys "Peacock" does
seriously put it on repeat and work out until you die

I would probably run really fast if I had this song on repeat, because I would be trying hard to run away from it. :laugh:0 -

Yea I was gonna say LastFM would be nice...also the Biggest Loser two disk cd has some pretty awesome music to run to0

Bullet for My Valentine and Breaking Benjamin are pretty hard rock. I like Depeche Mode and 80s to get me going when I work out - and often like booty music when I work out. Just makes me wanna move. I recommend 50 Cent and Lil Wayne/Drake, maybe some Cash Money Millionaires, Tupac and Biggie.0
