OKAY!!!

mk so as u know i'm working at waffle house rite now n i'll do fine at home w/ dieting but then at work i end up pigging out. n it's like i just couldn't stop n couldn't just say NO! but 2nite i told one of my friends that i work w/ that she's gonna have 2 help me. n she said she would i told exactly what i could n couldn't have at wh. n she said she'll hold me 2 it. i know can do it i just need some help. she said each n everytime that i want 2 eat wrong or eaT wrong she's gonna stop me or get on me.so i think that it's going 2 help alot. so i'm actually a lil excited about it. i'm starting 2 actually get up n the morning n workout. not like i want 2 but it's more than nothing. i'm wanting 2 work my way up 2 making it a habit.

r there ne other waitresses on here? or someone that works n a resturant n has or almost has free access 2 food at ne time while at work???? if so message me n we could maybe help each other.

as many other times that i have tried n started fresh n new i've never quite felt this pumped. n i'm not really even sure y i am. but hey lol i'll take it. i think i may just b able 2 do this.So here's 2 weight loss! :drinker:

    Yea, I do think there are some waitress's on the site, folks in the food industry...hopefully they see your post and can chime in with any helpful ideas they might have from experience:drinker:

    When I waited tables, chewing gum helped me out a lot. That & hard candies like Jolly Ranchers, Life Savers, mints. HTH! Good luck!
