Well, I just had to clear out My Friends Log of those that have NOT signed in within a Month. I give and like motivation...when I see that someone has "given up" or don't care about "this" anymore it COULD be deflating, so I figure why keep them as a Friend. Actually, if they have NOT logged in over that time, they have given up on "Me" as a Friend anyway. I want to be associated with people who don't give a dayyum about their health through the Ups and Downs...because this PROCESS of Wellness/Healthy Living is a Long Process-LIFE Long, and it takes You all kinds of places>>>Emotionally, Mentally and Spiritually.

  • I hear ya girl! I've made it a point to log in every day and log my food. I do admit there are days I don't comment on everybody's statuses and progress..but I try to get different people on different days. But I am on here trying to improve my health and lose weight.

    I did the same thing a while back, too.

    I soooo agree with you about this being a lifelong journey, not a quick fix. Great thoughts!
