ok new to forums and I see it was locked but where do we go now? Where are all my sister? Help please!

    Were you in my group, "April Shred Challenge"? I poster last Friday, but I didn't get much response. I guess a lot of people missed the post. Look it up under the topic "motivation"...I'm putting it up again tomorrow...every Friday...
