Ok so after reading many diaries (sort of skimming) I keep seeing vitatops. Today I notice beside vitatop someone had DOUBLE CHOCOLATE...Ok for some reason I thought they were freaking crackers. How could I have missed this? Chocolate muffins for 100 calories seriously?!

What else is out there that I don't know about? I am in Canada so keep that in mind

vitatops are awesome! quite a lot of them are chocolate-based. double choc, choc pb, choc mint, choc pom, etc. they also have some fruit type ones that are bran-based. they also have corn muffins & brownies. oh, they do have b-fast sammies too, but stay away... bread tastes like cardboard (and that's all you taste)! targets with grocery sections carry them in frozen foods (breakfast section). amazon also carries them by the case. you can also buy mixes for the most popular ones to make them yourself at home.

you might have missed pb2. powdered peanut butter. they press the peanuts to get the majority of the oil (and fat) out. you reconstitute it with water. 2 Tbs are only 45 cal. you can also cook/bake with it and add it into smoothies. you can get it from netrition.com for best price & shipping cost.

They are the best invention!!!!!!!! I have only tried the deep chocolate flavor in a muffin, top and brownie. I sometimes take a sugar free pudding and fat free whipped topping and its so freakin good!!!!!

Target and a few grocery stores carry them, but for the best selection go directly to their website. http://www.vitalicious.com/ Definitely sign up for email specials. Hungry Girl also sometimes sends vita-top coupons to her email list, so sign up there as well. They are a bit pricey, but worth every penny!

And the sugar free variety of the vitamuffins are only 80 cals! Go to vitalicious.com...if you click on "shop" there will be a link on the right hand side that says "shop canada." These things are seriously amazing for satisfying chocolate cravings!!! :-)

IMO, the breakfast sandwiches are not good. Flavorless.

I love the calorie count but does pb2 taste good? I tried Trader Joe's Better'n Peanut Butter some time ago and it was just gross. I'm scared.

taste is good. it has a slightly different "mouth feel," since it's missing most of the fat. you know how normal pb is glossy? this isn't. i guess you'd say it has a flat or matte appearance.
