    Hello - I have the same amount of weight to lose so welcome and best of luck on your journey!
    This site is just fantastic - everyone is so welcoming and supportive, and I can honestly say that I wouldnt have lost the weight I have so far if I didnt have this site - it's a fantastic support mechanism.
