Core Rhythems?????

Has anyone tried core rythems? I saw the infomercial and it looks like alot of fun....but.....I am wondering if it is a good workout or not......it would be great if it was, and it was fun :).....looks like it would be great for the waist/abs......anyone know???? thanks

    I bought it and hated it! The music was really boring and I didn't like the routines. I also didn't like the instructor, found the whole think to be a huge hype. There are so many other dance/salsa type DVD's out there that are so much cheaper and so much better. I'd advise you not to waste your money. You can get the "Crunch" series at Target for $10 each and they are better workouts.
