    I get this on my tv with the Cable ON DEMAND. I use it all the time....I did the CRUNCH Latin Dance, today! It is great, because it gives so much variety to choose from and I can usually find something to fit into the time schedule I have on any given day :smile: !

    Also theres a chanel on Sky in the lifestyle section called Fitness Tv.
    It's not the best.. but it's good if there doing an exercise and ur waiting for ur next programme to start!
