New to the Site

Hello Everyone...

My name is Shelley and I'm new to MFP. So far...I am truly LOVING the site. It kind of encourages me to exercise. I like getting "credit" for burning calories. Since I've started using MFP (on Monday)...I haven't missed a day of recording or exercising. I have committed myself to exercise a minimum of 3x's per week. And prayerfully...I'll stick to that commitment.

    Good luck Shelly! I have been on MFP for a little over a year now and to date have lost 85lbs. There were a couple of months where I wasn't exercising or recording very faithfully (over the winter) and boy did my body not like that. I put back on 15 lbs....so being committed to recording and exercising is such a huge part, way to go on your first few days! I too love this site, it makes it so easy. Please feel free to friend me if you would like. I would love to give you some encouragement along with way!
