Does cinnamon have calories or sugar in it? I'm talking about like the kind you sprinkle on apples or put in apple sauce? Thanks.

    1 tsp. has 6.2 calories. You can look up nutrional values for all foods at nutritiondata.com.

    I just searched calorieking.com and it said there were 6 calories in a tsp.. I'm not sure how reliable this is, but its sounds about right.. I don't usually count the calories from dried spices. Especially cinnamon, it health benfits that out weight the 6 calories..

    6 calories per tsp. sounds right. Cinnamon is also suppose to be very good for you.
