Logging 30 Day Shred?

How do you log it??? I've tried typing it in a few different ways but nothing comes up!

    I log it as circuit training, general. :)

    I'd love to know this answer myself! Until I find a better way, I log in everything separately.

    I log nearly every DVD as Circuit Training, general. It's the most descriptive I've found.

    I don't have a heart rate monitor yet so don't know exactly how many calories I'm burning (estimate to be 250 since my heart rate is through the roof most of the time and I sweat like crazy!)...what are your estimates on calorie burn?

    i've also been using "circuit training, general" ... today is day 4!

    I'm doing 30 day shred and I'm on day 5, level 1. I got a hrm today and it said I burned 305 calories. I'm 5'5, 178. I'm not super fit so my heart rate gets pretty high from the beginning.

    When I was just logging it using mfp it was saying 216 cals, so apparently I'm burning more than mfp says. It really probably depends how much work you put into it and how fit you are added in with weight, age, etc.

    I am on day 2 of level 2 and it totally kicks my butt! I'm sure I'm burning more than 250 cals but since I don't know, I estimated low...can't wait to get a heart rate monitor! I'm 5' 11" and 220 lbs and am definitely not super fit either...trying to get there though! :)
