What healthy food can you just not get enough of?! Mine is strawberries! I buy 4 packs at a time fresh & 4 bags frozen ahh!

Spinach salad with salmon, strawberries (or craisens), feta cheese, walnuts and basalmaic vinegrette dressing. I'm actually drooling just thinking about it as I type this!0

Grilled eggplant with a 1/2 cup of tomato sauce with ton's of vegetables and a sprinkle of moz. cheese, over 1 oz of whole wheat pasta.0

Actually, favorite healthy food is actually favorite food to me now. All my food is healthy and I plan to eat it the rest of my life. =o]0

I'm working on a new low cal diet - a six pack of Michelob (brings me in under 1k calories) and then a few multi-vitamins for the nutritional stuff.

Alberta beef, strip steak, medium rare with sprinkling of salt and a bit of pepper. Along with a few glasses of good Amador-county zinfandel, of course!0 -
