How many of you ladies are taking them? I know I should. I've tried. But it's one of those things that I just can't make myself do. Ugh.

I got the sugar free ones from Costco - I do drink quite a bit of milk and eat Chobani every day, but still turn to the chews for some extra.0

they have these gummy calcium chews..ive tried all kinds but my fave are target brand adults gummy calcium dietary supplement...they are like a sugared gummy and taste just like candy...they are 25 calories for 2, but they double as a tasty treat and good for you! i keep them on my nightstand at home and on my desk at work so i remember to take them everyday = ) I definitely recommend them.0

Hmmm. Thanks! I will look for these. I could probably handle this. I just know I need to take them....0 -
I do. I take the chewable milk chocolate Viactiv ones. They are only 20 calories and I pretend they are yummy chocolates (they're not but ...).
I need the calcium per my doctor. I try to get enough through nonfat dairy that I only need one of the chews daily, instead of two. Most of the time, I make it.0 -
Fiber one original bran! 1/2 cup has 10% calcium along with other goodies (fiber, iron, even a little protein). I make an evening snack with 1/2 cup cereal, 1/2 cup Nancy's plain honey yogurt and that gives me 27.5% of my daily calcium in only 145 Cal.
I don't like to take supplements. I have them in case I'm short something in my day, but I usually only take them around my period to make sure I have enough iron. I have the safeway brand "Multivitamin Multimineral Supplement - Ultimate Women's" which has 50% calcium and 100 % iron per tablet with zero calories (it's in the MFP database). I take half a tablet when I need them.0 -
I try to get my calcium from foods, but I do keep Viactiv Chocolate Chews with Vit. D for backup. When I finish my entries for the day, if my Calcium is lacking, I take a Viactiv. Although those gummy Calcium chews sound good too0
