My 30-day shred results (with pics)

I have finally completed 30-day shred. This was my second time doing it, and I never got to level 3 because my daughter was in the hospital for 10 days (on a ventilator for 6 days). When she was released from the hospital, I decided to start over. Now, I did take a week off due to personal issues. Anyway here are the results:
Chest: 44 - 42 = -2
Waist: 39.5 - 37 = -2.5
Hip: 45 - 42 = -3
Thigh: 23 - 21.5 = -1.5
Arm - 13.5 - 13 = -.5
Total inches lost: 9.5 inches all over
My total weight loss was 11.6 (from 171.6 to 160.0)
This is a fantastic workout, and I recommend it for anyone. Jillian really knows how to whip someone into shape. I saw results all over, and my endurance has definitely increaesed. I can now see definition in my arms and my abs; my abs are trying to come through. I hope this encourages someone to NOT give up on 30-day shred; it really does work. Just keep pushing through.

WOW!!!! TERRIFIC!!!!!! Thank you for posting the pics! I started 30DS about 2 weeks ago. I just went on to level 2 last night. OMG! Kick butt!!!!! LOL You look terrific!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CONGRATS!!!0

It may just be my computer, but your after pics are cut in half! The half I can see looks great! I'm currently doing the 30 day myself..just on level 1..the strength part is kicking my tail! Keep it up!0

Hang in there, it does get easier. When I first started, I couldn't walk right for about a week and half. Jillian knows how to kick some butt.0 -

My daughter got double pneumonia and a partial collasped right lung. I almost lost her. It was a very scary time in my life, and something I wish not to repeat. But, now, she is totally back to normal again (a happy 2 yr old running around). Mommy has a hard time keeping up with her.0 -

Thanks. It felt good when I saw the difference between the pictures. I hope this is a good sign. With my new workout DVD, I hope to melt away more of my tummy.0 -
