Going on a trip.

I'm going on a trip for a few days with the youth group at my church during the summer and I'd like to be prepared for when it comes. The food served at the camp is full of stuff I have been trying to cut back. I think the only good thing they might serve is cereal and maybe a banana or orange. I cannot bring a cooler and there will not be a refrigerator in the room, so I need ideas on what I can bring that will last. If there's anything you can think of, please don't hold back. :] I do believe I am set on which fruits, but vegetables are a little more tough to figure out.
-Tuna
-Canned chicken breast
-Peanut butter
-Wheat bread
-Bananas
-Oranges
-Apples
-Cheery tomatoes
-Raw squash
-Unpeeled carrots

Don't know if you like too many raw veggies, but you could take raw broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery... chop them up into a baggie and have a "veggie trail mix".0

I'm a fan of that, but how long will they last without proper refrigeration? I can make them in advance, but not sure if they can last for the four days or so.0 -
Fiber One Bars....also, Costco has some oatmeal square bars that are good. They come in peanut butter and chocolate chip. They are 190 calories, and very filling. I often have one for either breakfast or lunch.0

Have you thought about dry oatmeal? They have to have hot water there. I would do jerky as well. Maybe bring your own dressings in individual size. That way if they offer salads you could have a bigger portion with a dressing that fits your eating. Hopefully they will keep you really active to help make up for the poor food choices.
