I just tried some today, and I'd definitely recommend them to others. They're 0 calories and high in fiber. They're similar in texture to most other Asian noodles, and them come in a variety of forms. And there's no cooking required! You simply put your pasta sauce (hot) onto the noodles and enjoy! Super quick and delicious. I've never heard of them before, so I thought I'd share them with others :)

**Konjac! (It's been an extreeeemmely long day, sorry!)

Thank you! I love noodles. Do you have to purchase them in a specialty store?

I was curious so I found this:

They're not actually "pasta" noodles...I was trying to figure out how there could be a pasta with zero calories ;)

sounds interesting, but not sure I wanna try it...

  • ** Sorry I meant Konjac xD I've had an exhausting day, please excuse the typo D:
And unfortunately, I'm not sure where you can buy them. My uncle purchased them online and gave my mom and I a few packages to try since they're vegan. So I'd say organic/healthy food stores and/or specialty food stores online (which is how he purchased them). He bought them for only $1 a package, so they're also not all that expensive.
