Good morning my darlings! I have a serious issue this morning! Everyday you lovely people just keep getting more and more gorgeous! Everyday you keep raising the bar in logging and working out. Everyday you hit more milestones! How could I ever keep up with congratulating you! I guess I will just have to work harder because, my beautiful, sexy, wonderful friends, yall just keep getting more amazing everyday.
Love you all dearly and I am soooooooooooooooooo very proud and happy to be on this journey with you!

    Congrats of your good work.

    Yesterday was my 3rd full day tracking my food and increasing my water intake. (need to start working on the exercise portion of the program next) so HAPPY to have found this place :bigsmile:

    I found some wonderful recipe ideas here last night that I have on my list to try. This does NOT have to be an unpleasant trip...just a conscious one. (The sticky note feature on this laptop of mine makes it easy to save these ideas right on my screen saver! Some of your quotes of encouragement are there too!)
